Account Administrator

Terri relies on 20-plus years of experience in project implementation and management to coordinate business-related issues for Big Picture and its clients. Armed with an MBA in Marketing from American University, Terri has particular expertise in the following areas: list analysis and procurement, print media purchasing, database creation and management, direct marketing, print production, fulfillment processing and reporting, and marketing research.

Terri started her career in the Marketing and Research Department at PNC Bank. While at PNC, she wrote the bank's first product catalog and oversaw the creation of its first direct marketing database. Terri also handled direct marketing database management for all of PNC's investment program seminars.

Away from the office, Terri enjoys walking the family dog and cross-country skiing. She is also an avid fan of the basketball and football teams at her alma mater, the University of Pittsburgh.
